im afraid you are only as good as your carrier . your carrier (yodel) enabled me to track my parcel very well so i was able to see i was no 23 of 85 parcels to be dropped on wednesday .great my mothers 80th was thursday .unfortunately it reached 20 and stopped and at the end of the day found out they didnt like the address .next day no tracking no contact .so i contacted them via erin at webchat told her my ADDRESS ,name and parcel number .she then asked me for my address ??? oh deer .then at the end of the day fair play someone rang me friday afternoon .gave the details again anexplained i had gave the details to erin the day before ? she said that was liverpool and she was atherstone and they dont always email .so that was pointless but she would put it on the van saturday .no good wouldnt be in and had missed the event by 2 days now so maybe it will turn up monday ?
