Yesterday my dad when to primary foss Park to ask could he return back 5 pack of leggings due to lose of recipient however he explained to the lady behind the counter he have proof of transportation purchase the lady accused him.of leave the store with item he didn't pay for they didn't investigate or check cctv or there is no evidence this is unacceptable by primary work staff on manager they call security who have no proof or evidence to judge and accused my dad by what the women staff said on management please be advice how primary staff willing to accused customer when they come in to explained they lose recipient but have proof of transportation purchase disgrace this is I am not comfortable going to shop at primary anymore
