Some really nice clothing, okay quality and at a good price. However, the clothes are usually all over the place, sometimes on the floor and notice staff are busy gossiping most times. When I ask staff about an unavailable item they don't help or check if it's in stock. I always end up finding it myself instead. Generally, my experience at Primark is good, but there was a horrible customer here - an old shabby looking woman who was constantly staring at me in an unpleasant manner for no reason, and then blatantly shouted across the floor 'have you got a problem'. I didn't react to her at the time and simply ignored as I felt she was not worth reacting to and she may also have mental issues. Unfortunately, at the time I was shopping near her and overheard her child saying she needed to go to the loo, but the woman continued shopping and was moaning at the child for not letting her shop. Very shameful of her! Despite seeing a miserable woman, I still enjoyed the rest of my day 😆
