I wrote a book inspired by a fairytale my daughter told me, and it holds great significance for me. I also created a couple of coloring books. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing, marked by poor communication and unfinished products. The cover was supposed to be available on Amazon, but the person I dealt with, Dashane, was unhelpful. This should have been an exciting time for me, but instead, it caused a lot of anxiety. He promised everything would be ready for Black Friday, but that didn’t happen. By Christmas, not even the coloring books had been uploaded, and the cover was incorrectly formatted—the title was cut off. I was in tears over the situation. Eventually, I took matters into my own hands and uploaded the book covers myself, fixing the issues along the way. I would not recommend this service to anyone; save your money. They overcharge for work you can easily do yourself. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. The lack of professionalism and care has made this a terrible experience, one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
