While the product works OK, it is missing a lot of features that you would expect to be part of the plugin, and are standard in other plugin's and solutions. In my experience they will want you to pay for customization, and at the end you will feel disappointed in those customization as they will be work around that are sub standard, or in the case of the invoice printer just worse than the free plugin that you can get. Printcart has the potential to be good, but it is a long way from that yet, while it has some cool features that others don't have, it does not help that the basics are missing.
