I received my banner which, in itself, was well made. However, I paid an extra £8.49 for next day delivery, but it took FIVE DAYS to come. I called up and asked for a refund of the postage difference, considering it didn't even arrive in time for my company event. Everyone I spoke to told me they'd open a case. The same thing would happen each time; I'd get an email saying a case had been opened. Then within 48 hours later, I'd get another email saying that the case had been closed, and that I would not be receiving a refund due to not being legible for one. I have phoned them a minimum of 6 times. The penultimate time, the man said "I'll see what I can do" and hung up. The last time, I phoned 3 times in a row and everytime I was hung up on. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
