Where can I start with this company , not one to generally complain , but this company is absolutely shocking , a disgrace and the customer service is awful. Please please don’t waste your well earned money on these people . Ordered a special banner for my mums 70th in plenty of time , ended up with a banner for a steak house 100 miles away . When I complained I was assured a new one would turn up in time , guess what it didn’t and they had the cheek to blame parcel force and not issue me with a refund as they said the new one they printed me was a gesture by them. Also when the new one did arrive 3 days late it had spelling errors . Very very poor
