Had an issue with some compatible cartridges. Called and they e-mailed a couple of fix ideas but unfortunately they didnt work. So they sent me replacement cartridges, which arrived next day, and that solved the problem. Also sent some tea bags as a apology gesture and to have a cuppa on them :-) Thanks to George & Simon
