I did not have the reference for one of the items but George was able to find the item quickly. He talked me clearly through the delivery process and what to expect. Subsequent emails confirmed what was advised. I was very surprised that my stationary order arrived the following day. I had expected much longer. The company used both a Courier and Royal Mail. Cartridge People has first class processes in place. Indeed, I would go as far to say that one should check them out first, rather than assuming that Amazon is the answer to all your requirements.
