I have been using Printer Basics since about 2013 and have had few occasions to complain. It is like everything in life you have to know what you need and understand those requirements and then order YOUR INK according to those needs. I buy the cheapest because it suits me and I would change to a dearer product if I desired to but I am happy with the quality 90% of the time it does me and I am happy and extremely happy with the prices. It really depends on what you are using it for. I am using mine to share with friends and others prayers and the lives the lives of the Saints and it is a good service and suits me.
