The first part of my order, ink cartridges, arrived quite quickly and posted through my letter box. The order was split in two... the black cartridges arrived first and the colour ones five days later...
I called to query if I had ordered the incorrect items but reassured I hadn't and that the second parcel would arrive seperately.
Thank you... It did and now printer is up and running again.
