The original cartridges were purchased in 2014 as I had hoped to build up a supply, but the replacement cartridges that were also faulty were all supplied by you in March or Feb of this year. But no need to worry. I'll be back, Your service and compatible cartridges have always been good.
Although a kind gesture of a free set of compatible cartridges would be appreciated. PM550.
