Took 15 min. to solve the problem of warning message on HP old model, office jet 7200.
Went on HP web and followed suggestion of leave printer "on", unplug cable at printer, then unplug cable from wall.
Wait for 60 seconds, plug in at wall, then plug in to printer.
Now working.
Quality of ink good.
