I have used this firm for a number of years and always got good service. Do they make mistakes? Yes, but so does everyone. In my opinion the fact that they correct those mistakes in a manner that does not leave the customer out of pocket, or waiting for ever for a solution, speaks volumes. I will continue to trade with this firm.
