I have found Printer Basics to offer excellent service, with good delivery times and very competitive pricing. However my latest delivery packaging was concerning where the package had split open before delivery and the contents fully visible and accessible. Fortunately there was no loss of contents on this occasion, and I am generally very pleased with them.
