It says on your site,
Christmas Order Cut-Off was Nov 25th
I placed my order on Nov 21. I’ve emailed you 3 times now regarding my order and have yet to receive any confirmation on the status of it, only a please be patient reply. I’ve been patient, it’s now Christmas Day and I haven’t received my order and it still says unfulfilled on the order page. I expect a full Refund ASAP as well as my order still since y’all can’t seem to get it together over the holidays even though I clearly made the cutoff date. This is absurd and will not be carrying any future business with your company.
