This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a phone case back in September, in October they sent me a proof that I was not happy with. I asked for them to make changes and weeks later they sent me back the exact same photo. I asked for a refund and they have been playing me like a fiddle! I messaged them through instagram and they promised me a full refund and then blocked me! Good thing I screenshotted the message! They have redirected me numerous times to different emails for assistance and they just beat around the bush. 4 months later after countless emails they finally said I cannot have a refund.
