They had a “Christmas date” if you wanted your gift in time for Christmas—which was in November. So, naturally, we expected our gift in time because they claimed orders would be on time. The holiday nears, and we started to worry, and naturally sent an email out questioning where our gift was. No response.
Christmas Day comes, no present. They said they were backed up on orders, due to holiday nature, which was understandable. So, we said that was fair and waited. A few weeks pass, no update. We sent another email that brought no response. There’s no phone number, no alternate email, no other contact information. We decide to wait, again. They eventually had sent us an email saying “sorry” and that they’d put us on the priority list (which they tell everybody else who has a problem).
It is now nearly February, and we had not gotten another email since. It’s really not worth spending ~70$ on a blanket that’s taking months to even get an art confirmation email. We ask for a refund, with no response per usual. Then, we discover our account had no longer existed on their website and it had probably been deleted.
This company has the worst excuse for customer service, as messaging their Instagram account is met with a hostile and unprofessional admin. I would not recommend using this dumb company to get your pet on an article of clothing or a blanket, I would just use Etsy.
