I've written an honest review before, but unfortunately for Print Your Pet, I feel the need to write one again since their snarky "customer service" just emailed me.
I'm hoping people check out this site before ordering for the holidays. I wish I had last year. You will undoubtedly be disappointed if you take the risk.
DO NOT DO IT.
First of all, they aren't a one star company, they're a zero star company.
This company is a joke. *If* you get your product it will at least 6 months later than what they say. And that's if you get it. And that's also after a frustrating 6+ months of no one getting back to you, or straight up lying about where your product is.
The positive reviews on here cannot be real. Has to be their pathetic excuse for customer service using their time to write fake reviews instead of helping customers.
Their customer service is terrible, their shipping time is terrible (if they do even get to it), and their products aren't worth it.
Order off literally any other similar site, you're sure to be happier than you will be ordering from them.
I saw another poster recommend contacting the Federal Trade Commission along with BBB.
Everyone should do this because although the BBB can't do much, but the FTC can. And this company NEEDS to be shut down.
I will be contacting them about my experience with this joke of company and I'll be patiently waiting for Print Your Pet to try to contact me with some immature, vaguely threatening email... the one thing they ARE good at.
