Had some pretty bad experiences with this auction site already. I’d say be very cautious buying anything from this site. I recently bought a few autographed funko pops. One of which showed up extremely damaged. Even the autograph was damaged. I reached out and they pretty much said that their “high resolution picture” was enough to not warrant a replacement or refund. There was nothing in the description what so ever about the damage to the product or I would’ve never bid on something like that. Terrible customer service. This site is auctioning damaged goods and then justify it by saying “well we put a picture up.” I encourage anyone to be the judge. Look at the picture below that they are referencing saying I should’ve known. You can barely see any damage in the picture they sent. Now look at the pictures I took close up of the damage to the box and autograph. Beware before bidding!
