This is my first order from Privilege and I am very disappointed. Nearly 3 weeks ago I ordered several things for a trip this coming weekend. I have been checking my mail regularly and it still has not arrived. I have received no notifications from Privilege and just logged into my account to see the status is "Awaiting Fulfilment" The fact that it still has not shipped and they did not get in touch with me is very disappointing. I would not recommend and will be seeing if I can cancel my order. Terrible service.
