I have been a customer of Pro Colloidal for years. Good product. Always been happy. A bit of a hiccup with my recent order, it didn't arrive, I had the email to say it was dispatched, but no delivery. I sent a message to the customer service department, no reply, so I sent another one, again no reply. So I telephoned after a week. The gentleman said he would look into it. A couple of days after, there was a another notification of impending delivery, then the delivery happened a couple of days after. I'm happy to have received the Silver, but on a Customer Service level, not good. Why have a system set up to notify them of any queries, if it's just ignored? This is the only time I've had a problem, delivery previously has been Swift. But I had to wait quite a long time for this one.
