Realised after a while that I felt better, stronger and generally okay. It was more other people saying how well I looked that made me aware how good I felt. It comes on gradually. People contact me asking how much should you take as it doesn't say it anywhere on the paper or the website. I recommend 2 x 5ml teaspoons as that's what suits me but I always add that I am not sure.
