Avoid. Pro:Direct exhibited a 'can't-do' attitude. They are simply not on your side - another Ryan Air in the making. After returning to London I realised I had managed to duplicate an order for tennis shoes due to an ecommerce malfunction on another site. I explained the issue a number a times to Pro:Direct and suggested I pay them to restock the untouched/boxed shoes (current stock) and use the credit on other items. They refused as it was slightly beyond 28 days. Apparently I agreed to this in their Ts&Cs. Nice. I asked them to explain why this was an issue for them and offered to cover any expenses I had caused. Computer says no. Asked them to explain... Computer says its in the Ts&Cs. Seriously, these guys give ecommerce a bad name. Faceless, hard-hearted, unwilling to engage or lift a finger. We should not stand for it. So, steer clear.
