I have learned so much, all the modules were so informative. Probe it is set up so that if a person does not know how to perform certain activities on the computer(me!) can do camera and microphone. All directions were simplified and had information so that if you see or dont' see something, you were successful or not. Troubleshooting is broken down into detailed guidelines and then their is the 24/7 support available as well. Thank you so much for giving me the information I need to be confident working with food.
