Excellent free customer support to help you get organised and the courses going. Continued ongoing support along the way at the end of a phone or by e mail as needed. Courses many and varied varied : we used the Fire|Warden course as a starter which had some great feed back form all who took it. The courses themselves can be taken in manageable small chunks if preferred or in one go and are accredited. Printing off of the certification on cmpletion could not be simpler and as our course leader i had easy access to monitor progress. Great Value for Money and would thoroughly recommend.
