Bad customer service
I ordered some gloves for next day delivery and sure they came the next day but it was a completely different design of glove.
I had purposely paid £6.95 for next day delivery as I needed them for the weekend. So I thought ok i'll let them know they can send me the right pair of gloves in time for the weekend.
The emails were polite enough and i'm sure they have a script to follow but they don't actually read what your email says. I wrote in every email i needed the gloves for the weekend and they had multiple opportunities to send the correct item next day.
All they cared about was getting the incorrect item returned to them. So what about the £7 i paid for next day delivery? that's just wasted money?
I even told them hey you have an opportunity to fix this in time so that my first experience with Pro:direct cricket is a good one. As i said these things happen.
But correct your mistake! i'm just left out of pocket and having to chase around for some gloves to use at the weekend.
If someone actually read my email they could still put it in the post for next day delivery but i doubt it.
Won't be buying from them again. Stock is stock but when things go wrong you need a decent customer service response.
It's a shame.
