It would not sit properly in printer and the message on my screen said "cartridge was not properly connecting". Because I didn't know if it was the cartridge or a problem with my printer, I ordered another black ink cartridge from you and it works fine. Can I return the cartridge that does not work for a replacement? And what address does it go to? Thank you, Susan Hajek
