I had been suspicious of toners not offered by the makers of my laser printer, especially after a couple of them leaked into my printer nearly destroying it. Still, I didn't want to continue to pay the astronomical price for toner to Xerox and others. I decided to take the advice of several Professor Color customers and just give it a try. I did, two or three years ago. I couldn't be happier. The toner and secure cartridges are all as good as the overpriced ones, so I can always keep a full deck kept as a backup. Customer service can't be beat. And, they even provide avenues to get their toner at a discount even from their very low prices through easy to get coupons.
