It works much better than the cheap knockoffs found on Amazon. My printers' imaging units were failing only halfway through its lifetime output with the cheap stuff (not to mention that all the cheap knockoff brands I've used lie concerning how many pages the toner is good for). I haven't had any problems with Professor Color so far. Spend the extra money for decent toner, it's worth it in the long run; just like oil in a car.
