Best customer service! When there was an issue with the courier not delivering to our home for an unknown reason, the item (the main part of our child’s birthday present) was returned to the sender. I was panicking that we would not be able to get a replacement in time, but emailed Professor Plum and they dispatched a replacement with expedited shipping through a new postage company, and the item arrived the day before the big birthday! I was thrilled and so so grateful for this level of care and commitment to customer service. Thank you SO much.
