Recent events in the financial sector have shattered confidence in many savers and investors, and left a feeling of disillusionment and uncertainty . Prior to retirement I had finalised most of my investments with them and had been more than satisfied with the end result. From the very first contact the experience was what I can only describe as reassuring and in some respects pleasurable. What impressed me most was an old fashioned, if it can be described that way, attitude to business. In reality it's just common courtesy and a lack of gobbildy gook job speak. The foundation blocks of every good business. Their policy is refreshingly open and easy to understand. Their staff willing to assist in the most mundane enquiry. In fact it almost seemed as though this was a new business trying to impress, which it isn't. The fees are up front and very competitive, and, although I haven't experienced it yet, the annual assessment should ensure that everything stays on track. From being very concerned about finding a good investment opportunity I've gone to almost forgetting about it. I have every confidence that this company will take good care of my "overseas savings" and do what they can to ensure I have many of them.
