I took over an allotment in Cardiff last year. It’s infested with horsetail and bindweed. I treated it with SBK and K-plus in May and August this year. All top growth killed off and most horsetail roots seem done for. I’m cautiously optimistic there will be limited regrowth next year. There’s a reservoir of weed in the cultivated beds so I’ll leave one fallow each year and use this combo to gradually more or less eradicate these pernicious weeds.
