Customer service was excellent throughout the ordering process. I received updates to the shipping status and the parts shipped pretty quick. These lift columns are awesome! they work so smoothly and quiet. The controls work very well and are pretty easy to understand. I did have to call for tech support on how to set the lower limit as a hard stop. Tech support walked me through it on the phone and followed up with an email with written instructions as well. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Absolutely no complaints!
