Recently we had an issue relating to an accident and called for clarity of why we were named liable in an accident that was ruled by the police as not our fault. The agent hung up the phone on my mother as she was explaining. I believe it is because she has an accent and is black. Our zip code is one of predominantly immigrants. Both reps were obtuse without apology
