The lamp I had ordered initially worked but stopped working the first day I received it. I attempted to reach out through their website to initiate an exchange and didn't receive a response. I then contacted the sales team that I received the shipping confirmation through they responded and said they would ship me a replacement lamp. 11 days later still have not received a replacement. Reach out to confirm shipping they confirm it shipped 11 days ago and would see about getting tracking info for shipment. That was 5 days ago I just received a tracking number that shows the shipment was set up this morning shipping out of the UK so it will probably be another week before I have a replacement. Save yourself time and just order the Chinese one off of Amazon at least they won't take a month to get you a replacement.
