I collected my Optoma ML1000 Projector yesterday & have been trying it out. According to the spec on your website it should have had an infra-red remote control included, but there isn't one. I wouldn't have bought a projector that didn't have this facility. Can you please supply one?
(Also surprised there was no manual with it but I've managed to download one from the internet.)
