I will confess to getting a little concerned when nothing had arrived by half three on day five, but at ten after seven at night (and with a further six deliveries to make) two cheerful guys in a white van delivered my item, an Optoma projector ceiling mount. It proved simple to fit even though the 'A' pocket of the fixings pack was already torn open and empty on receipt. In short, everything you said about the item was accurate and so was the delivery date. At this time of year that in itself is not easy, particularly in the rural north of Scotland. Well done team !
