There was a miscommunication about how many matches I ordered vs. what was available for a certain special, and she was able to credit me the difference. In addition, I was having difficulty with my email, and had to try several times to send her the file. She called me after the second time it didn't go through, and patiently stayed on the line with me while we sorted out the issue and got her the file. AND THEN! the template that my design team used was the wrong one for the matches I ordered! Jackie was able to get my design on the right template, and had a beautiful proof back to me within 36hrs. My part of this transaction was a mess, and Jackie helped me sort out every step of the process.
