Jade provided excellent customer service. She was always very responsive and attentive, provided many different options for what we were looking for, many visual mockups and quotes. We were also very grateful for the additional free unbranded mouse sample as we were unhappy with one of the branded samples received. Overall our main issue was the quality of some of the products - the first mouse sample received looked different to the online image. The branded towel also had loose stitching and a faded colour. I understand we picked cheaper product options in these cases, but felt the quality still didn't reflect what was displayed online. We are happy with our final order or mice and mousepads and will definitely use the platform again for future branded product enquiries.
