First off, Proov has the absolute best customer service! There is also a support group on Facebook, and it is so amazing to be able to ask questions and communicate directly. You also get to build relationships with other women also trying to conceive. What I have loved the most about Proov is the reassurance that my body is doing what it needs to. There is also an app for your phone that allows you to take a picture of your test strips and the app will read them for you. I have never been so sure of when I was ovulating, and if that ovulation was successful. I also used the Balancing Oil, and I truly believe that it helped me conceive this baby. I cannot recommend their products and service enough! Both the Ovulation test strips and the Pgd strips were accurate and easy to interpret, even without the app. Though I like how the app keeps track of your results! The Balancing Oil not only helped me with my progesterone levels, but it also smells incredible! With Proov, I didn't just guess if I was ovulating, I "Proov"ed it!
