I have been using Proov to gain insight into my cycles and see where my hormones are during different points to try and conceive. I have used the complete kit and have gained valuable information on my hormones and how I can improve them where it is needed. It is helpful to have a ‘big picture’ look over a cycle and to compare months. Beyond that, the support offered by the Proov team is exceptional-always there to respond to emails, upload pictures and help assist in figuring out what is happening at different phases. They have been lifesavers and very patient. Lynden, Mandy, and Chanelle have all helped me at one point along the way and they always make you feel comfortable asking questions!
