I don't usually write reviews, BUT...customer support is GREAT for this product. But I did the complete system and didn't get any cycle analysis, ovulation score, fertile window prediction, nothing. When I asked customer service at the end of the cycle, they did give me a few insights (and everything is still a bit wonky for me after getting my IUD removed-- so not suggesting it's their fault I didn't have a clear fertile window..) but if you're hoping this fairly expensive product will give you more insight than the cheap OPKs, you'll probably be disappointed!
