I agreed to a $ 1 charge for a one time report. When I reviewed credit card statements I found two $ 20 charges. They set up a recurring charge. I called customer service and they claim the website says there will be recurring charges. I'm pretty aware and careful. I definitely did not see or intend to agree to ongoing charges for a website I have no more use for. I was told I will receive a credit of $ 40 and no more charges. I will monitor my credit card to ensure this happens.
