Both Laser Operators I have had in Guildford (Ellie and Louise) had a lovely manner which made getting very personal areas done an easy experience. Did it hurt? A bit although a couple of paracetamol takes the edge off, also Dr.Numb cream dampens the snapping effect (although you know the laser is finding its target so that is quite satisfying really). You will need to go back every 5 to 6 months to be re-zapped but the amount of regrowth is loads less so definitely money well spent :-)
