I've been to Charring Cross a few times and have found my consultant Joanne to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I was a bit nervous about the treatment at first but Joanne took time to explain the science of the technology and treatment and was able to put my mind at ease immediately. I once booked a treatment when the timing was not right, and Joanne didn't hesitate to turn me away which showed integrity and a genuine customer care. The salon is small but convenient and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cynosure treatment.
