Some clinics are nicer than others, not all appear clean or are lacking in facilities ie toilets, waiting areas! I have experienced high staff turnover & with the recent price increase on treatments (may 2016) I feel that they have priced themselves out of the market given that there are other very reputable & highly professional clinics that offer a much more professional service now at lower prices! There advertising is to provide advanced treatments at affordable prices however this is no longer the case!!!!! Customer service is poor, call centre rarely answer.
