I found Prospera when I was setting up postpartum care before I gave birth. I wanted to have a resource as I was unsure how I would be doing after I had my daughter. I started having prenatal anxiety that I was able to address before birth. This also allowed me to build a rapport with my wonderful coach, Nicole. It is nice that I can have my appointments with Nicole from home, and not add a stress of leaving my house while my daughter is so young, and with illness being so rampant right now.
