I started using this service because I was going through extreme highs and lows with my anxiety. This is great for having someone to talk to about what is triggering the anxiety. The assignments have been very helpful for me. I wish the sessions were a little more conversational and natural vs just going through the “homework”. Overall, I feel less anxious and more relaxed since I started a month ago.
