I've been working with Prospera for just a few weeks, and already I can feel so much relief from the tension I've been holding in my mind and body. I really love the weekly appointments that keep me accountable and allow the work I'm doing with my coach to flow. Prospera's approach to making therapy accessible to Mama's is really amazing. I love all the one pager information sheets on various mental health issues that affect so many mamas and even more, I appreciate the peer reviewed, evidence-based articles that link alot of these issues to scholary papers. It makes me feel less alone and validates so much of what I am going through as a Mama. I'm a big fan of Prospera and have referred a few friends already!
